Australia: September/October 2013

In September 2013 we rented a campervan in Adelaide, Southern Australia. We drove north to Port Augusta, where we joined the Stuart Highway to Woomera, Coober Pedy and Alice Springs, taking in Kings Canyon and Glen Helen on the way. From Alice we went to Three Ways then followed the Barkly Highway to Julia Creek. From there we took the Wills and Burke Developmental Roads to Normanton, where we turned east to Cooktown, Port Douglas, Cairns and Innisfail. We made many detours along the way, covering almost 5000 miles (8000km) in total. These photographs were taken at various points en route.
